I certify that I am not receiving financial support from any other source to cover my Ethno expenses (transport, visa, Ethno participation fee). I declare that if I will receive financial support after I fill out this application form, I will declare it in full to JM International (email info@ethno.world) prior to my placement.

I consent to the taking of pictures, videos, and recordings with me in them during the Ethno camp. I understand that these will be shared with JMI, Ethno organisers, and Ethno Research for the purpose of supporting and spreading the project.

I commit to recording a 2-3 minute interview video about my Ethno Mobility experience (following the instructions provided by JMI) and sending it to the JMI Head Office for the purpose of promoting the Ethno Mobility program.
